Do you travel for weddings?

go back to the questions ⇸

Yes! We love traveling for weddings. We have shot weddings all over the United States and even a few outside of the country. We have special packages/pricing made just for destination weddings. Contact us for more info on those!

Do you do photo + video?

go back to the questions ⇸

Yes! We offer both photo and video packages. Since we are a husband/wife team we are able to offer both services on your wedding day! In fact, adding a wedding video onto your photo package is just a $2000 add on fee and includes everything your photo package does in terms of time shooting! If you are looking for just video or just photo packages we offer those too. It just ends up being so convenient to hire one team to do both your photos + video!

How many images do you deliver? Do you ever deliver RAW’s?

go back to the questions ⇸

The amount of images we return to you depends on how long your wedding day and how much “content” there is. For smaller weddings (4-6 hours) we guarantee 300 edited images. For longer weddings (7+ hours) we guarantee at least 500 images. BUT this doesn’t mean that is the maximum. We like to edit and return all the good photos that are not duplicates, so you usually end up with a little more depending on your wedding! As far as delivering RAW’s go, we are more than happy to send them to you. All we ask is that you pay for a hard drive to hold the photos and the shipping fees to get them to you. We also would appreciate if you didn’t post these photos to social media or anywhere online as the RAW photos do not properly portray our shooting style. We also ask that you DO NOT edit the raw photos. They are merely just “extra” photos that you get to keep for memories.

What happens if our wedding goes overtime?

go back to the questions ⇸

No problem! Usually if your wedding goes over by 15-30 mins its not a huge deal for us, but if your wedding goes over by more than an hour we do charge an extra $200/hr for our time!

How long is your turnaround time?

go back to the questions ⇸

For engagement/bridal shoots I usually have those done within the week of shooting! If you need those photos edited sooner for announcements or printing purposes I’m more than happy to accommodate your needs. Just let me know! As far as your wedding photos, those can take anywhere from 8-10 weeks or sooner. It just depends on our schedule. We understand that waiting for your photos can be really hard so we try our best to send over a few edited sneak peeks as soon as possible, but we also don’t want to rush editing. We take our time editing so that your photos can be the best! It’s worth the wait.

Do you use a second shooter?

go back to the questions ⇸

It totally depends! For smaller weddings I don’t typically see a need for a second shooter. Since Trevor and I work together he is usually my second shooter if needed. If you hired both of us to do Photo + Video and you want a second shooter it’s super easy to find a photographer who is willing! In that case it is a $600 add on fee so I can pay that photographer for their time. If you want a second shooter, just let me know.

How does payment work?

go back to the questions ⇸

When you book a wedding with me, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The rest of the payment is due one month before your wedding date!

What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?

go back to the questions ⇸

The only things that will keep me from shooting your wedding are extreme illness (I say extreme because I have shot weddings sick before), death, or a huge emergency. Basically no matter what happens I will try my absolute best to show up to your wedding. In the case that something does happen, I do have a list of trusted photographers that I can reach out to.

How long have you been doing weddings?

go back to the questions ⇸

Since 2013! I have a lot of experience with shooting weddings and honestly have lost count of how many I’ve done.

How do you deliver the photos?

go back to the questions ⇸

I use a gallery delivery service called Pic-Time. My favorite thing about Pic-Time is that they actually let you order prints/albums once your photos are delivered and everything is so easy!

What is your pricing?

go back to the questions ⇸

My price list is huge and packed full with a lot of information. It’s best if you email me and that way I can send it to you!

We are not comfortable in front of the camera, how can you help?

go back to the questions ⇸

This is one thing I pride myself on! Almost every client that I work with says something along the lines of “we are so awkward in front of the camera and a little nervous about how this will go” and my response is always “don’t even worry. I will be helping you and guiding you on what to do through out the whole entire shoot”. I don’t necessarily believe in stiff posing but I do give lots of direction! That way your photos feel candid and natural. I also do my best to get to know you and make you feel comfortable during the shoot! I promise you by the end of the shoot you will realize that there was never anything to worry about in the first place!

How do you feel about shot lists?

go back to the questions ⇸

To be honest, I don’t love them. They make me feel like my creativity is limited. I love when couples fully trust me to document their wedding day in the way I know how to. I promise to be there for every big moment and I will not miss a thing. If there are things happening at your wedding that don’t typically happen at a traditional wedding, just let me know and give me a heads up! The only shot list I really need is a list of the group/family photos you want after the ceremony!
